I have been piecing the VTR back together slowly, I had to rebuild a belly pan, upper faring, rear master cylinder, front master cylinder reservoir, handle bar, a switch, a foot peg , Windshield and a couple other little things like the frame slider.

I’m keeping the same colour scheme, but change the look up a little bit with the new number plate shape and smoked screen.

Thanks, I’m happy with it. The next projects are putting in my undercut transmission and Factory Pro shift kit, and changing the fork oil, bushings and seals.

I haven't had many updates to report, but I just finished replacing all the wheel bearings and making captive wheel spacers. I also setup up the rear caliper to be captive, so now I can do a wheel change very quickly without frustration. Today I am going to pick up the axle pull cup I had made at the machine shop to finish the package.

I am thinking about dropping the engine this weekend to finally put my undercut race transmission in.

I hope everyone is having a good winter.
