I had some posted years and years ago, I'm pretty sure one or two of the racers that were on here had them. There are some pics left on my photo stream, but not necessarily of the rear sets. The ones where the 2 stroke motor is in the chassis are modified (linkage for shift, and hinge for kick starter). The pics with the stock motor use them pretty much as sold. They utilize the stock backwards facing shifter, and the stock rear brake lever. https://www.flickr.com/photos/rashmaste ... 366819517/ It's the repsol by the way.

I have the Charlie Napier rearsets and I can only use them in the lowest/stock height position. They do crash well but the pegs he supplies aren't grippy enough for me.

I forgot to mention...the last race of the season...last lap (iirc)...getting passed by the SV650's...I got hit.
I went down. Bike has a good bit of damage.

Right lower fork leg broke in half. Tube is bent.
Brake pedal trashed.
Right rear-set broke...possibly bent mount tabs of frame.
Brake lever broke.
Fairing stay bent, some tabs might not come back.
Plastic on gauges broke (on right side) and filled with dirt\gravel...not sure if they work.
Fork oil leaked and soaked the front tire (as it sat in the pits), I didn't know the fork had broke.
Brake pads soaked in fork oil as well.

Here is a vid.
Skip to 8:14...after the crash, the video will go to a slo-mo.

watched it :(

guy on yellow bike was way too aggrrrrrressive for his level of skill or judgement and maybe just a nutter besides ? :o 2 race suspension @ minimum seems OK  think it could have been an intentional shoulder block that became a crash ?

if the racing clubs put in a rule that in cases of avoidable negligence or blatant ignorance--as in the tape-- the responsible rider would be required to pay a portion of medical and bike repair costs to his damaged competitors..........................

I did limp away. Lots of bruises. Sore for days and days after, but got over it.
Nothing on me broke. I was pretty pissed after all the work I put into the little VTR.

In our club, there aren't any rules to help out if someone was a total bonehead, but respectable humans do tend to offer some sort of help if it was an obvious stoopid stunt.
So, I wish he had offered something.
