1987 BMW K75s

I finally got my BMW K75s up and running. The bike was purchased used by my Father in 2004. Unfortunately he was
only able to ride it twice before his years long battle with cancer left him too physically weak to ride. with the
hope that he would ride again the bike sat untouched until his passing in 2009. I brought the bike home but by then
old gas had taken its toll on the fuel system. This spring, of 2014, I finally had the resources to replace all the damaged
pieces, repair some wear and tear and begin riding it. So far I have logged just over 3000 miles bringing the total 90,600.
The engine is a beautifully smooth 3 cylinder inline with a broad flat power band that is perfect for laying down the miles.
My longest single trip on this bike so far has been a 1000 mile/2 day round trip to CA. which it did easily. I am glad to
have it back in service, I only wish my Dad could have enjoyed it more.

That's a sweet bike, I like the color! I always liked the flat/sideways 3 and 4 cylinder BMW's they are really a smooth bike and very reliable! Your dad would like you getting it up and running!
